Registration and Spay/Neuter Agreement:
a. The Buyer has the option to choose between Limited Registration or Full Registration for the Puppy. Please check the applicable box:
[ ] Limited Registration: The Buyer understands and agrees that the Puppy is being sold as a companion pet and will not be used for breeding purposes. The Puppy will be registered with the appropriate kennel club or association under limited registration, which does not allow for breeding or participation in conformation shows. It is required that the buyer spay/neuter the puppy. Once the buyer provides proof of this action, the registration papers will be mailed to Buyer. [ ] Full Registration: The Buyer intends to breed or show the Puppy and requests that the Puppy be registered under full registration.If the Buyer has selected Full Registration and intends to breed the Puppy, the Buyer agrees to notify the Seller in advance and provide proof of any health testing, certifications, and adherence to responsible breeding practices.

Part of the Purchase Price will be paid immediately with this Agreement as a Deposit to guarantee that Seller will hold the Puppy for delivery to the Buyer on the below specified Delivery Date.

DEPOSIT
(Surety of Action Deposit) in the amount of $__________(usually 50% of the Purchase Price) is required to hold this Puppy for the Buyer until date of Delivery.
Please be aware that we may decide to keep a puppy from future litters, and we will make that decision within four weeks. The remaining puppies will be available for you to choose from after we've made our selection.
There are no refunds on Deposits, unless otherwise agreed here in writing. Failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase would subject Seller to lost opportunities to sell the Puppy to some other Buyer and retention of the Deposit is meant to compensate Seller for his possible loss. This deposit signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the Purchase of this Puppy.
The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the Deposit if we learn of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy ( i.e. Buyer is found to be an animal abuser, violent person, representative of a pharmaceutical research laboratory etc.) .
If the transaction is voided or if through some tragic accident the puppy were to die or otherwise be seriously injured before it goes to its new home then, of course, the deposit will be returned to the Buyer; unless the Buyer wishes to apply the Deposit to another Puppy, if one is available, or to a puppy from the next available litter.

Payment of deposit can be made on the PayPal link located here . If this link does not work, please contact me and I will send a link to you. (If you send "Friends and Family" there is no usage fee, otherwise, if sending using "Goods and Services" option, Paypal charges 3.49% plus a transaction fee of .49. A deposit of $200, would charge $7.74 if sent using "Goods and Services" option but $0 for the "Friends and Family" option.
Please do not Email or otherwise give us your credit/debit card information, we don’t need to see the information and we will not ever see it. The transaction will all be done as a secured transaction by PayPal.com.
We will not reserve a puppy until the payment and this agreement is received.
This Puppy will be available for the Buyer to pick up personally at Pawsitively Precious Puppies on ________________. This date is based on our estimation of when the puppy will be naturally weaned and ready to leave its mother. Typically our puppies stay with their dams at an absolute minimum of 8 weeks of age, but more often 10-12 weeks of age.
If the Buyer is not able to pick up the puppy on the stated Delivery Date, we will be glad to continue caring for the Puppy for a reasonable time-limited to 30 days unless otherwise arranged, but we will add a charge of $2 per day for boarding for every day after the scheduled pickup date.

HEALTH GUARANTEE
This puppy is being sold in its current condition, "as is," and without any expressed or implied warranties except those explicitly mentioned in this agreement. The breeder/seller will not cover any veterinary expenses. I guarantee that, to the best of my knowledge at the time of the sale, the puppy is in good health and has received initial vaccinations for the parvo virus and has been dewormed. Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where something happens to the puppy with a deposit already placed on it, such as illness or death. Please note that accidents are not covered under this guarantee.

Pawsitively Precious Puppies, the seller, provides a guarantee that Your Puppy is free from infectious diseases for seven days after leaving our premises, and is free from genetic problems up to one year of age. However, this guarantee does not cover conditions such as luxated patella, over/under bite, hernia, coccidia, giardia, parasites, skin conditions, non-descended testicles (unless purchased for breeding purposes), parvo (if not affected within seven days of delivery or pickup of the puppy) and hypoglycemia. Please note that hypoglycemia is a serious health issue that is usually caused by insufficient food or too much activity, which is within your control. To prevent hypoglycemia, always provide your puppy with dry kibble and fresh water throughout the day to nibble on. Please contact the breeder and your puppy's veterinarian if your puppy is not eating properly or has runny stools for more than 12 hours. We cannot guarantee the temperament of our puppies, but we carefully select breeding dogs that have shown a stable temperament. Additionally, all of our puppies undergo temperament testing before delivery to ensure they are sound. from birth, we provide a secure and loving environment for our puppies and ensure they receive proper socialization on a daily basis. However, after delivery, it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the puppy with a good environment and continue with proper socialization. It is crucial that the puppy is kept safe from harm and negative interactions with people, other dogs, and animals, as these can have lasting effects. We recommend using positive reinforcement, such as praising good behavior and ignoring mistakes, instead of overusing the word "no." It is never acceptable to hit a puppy or engage in any form of physical punishment or cruel training techniques, such as rubbing their nose in urine or feces accidents.

Additionally, the Buyer agrees to provide a safe and secure environment for the puppy. It is important to note that we do not consider a rope or chain tie-out or allowing the puppy to roam freely to be safe or appropriate.

VACCINATIONS AND DIET
The Buyer agrees to assume responsibility for maintaining the puppy's health by keeping up with all necessary vaccinations and scheduling regular veterinary check-ups. Prior to leaving our home, all puppies receive their first set of vaccinations, are dewormed, and undergo a veterinary examination. We do our best to ensure that all puppies are in good health before they are released. However, please note that maternal antibodies may interfere with initial vaccinations. Therefore, it is important to schedule follow-up vaccinations with your own veterinarian every 3-4 weeks until the puppy reaches 16 weeks of age. Failure to do so could put the puppy at risk of potentially fatal diseases like Parvo. It is important to understand that Pawsitively Precious Puppies is not liable for any health issues that arise due to infectious diseases, hypoglycemia, malnutrition, accidents, injuries, or neglect.
Within 72 hours of delivery, the purchaser shall arrange for an initial examination of the puppy by a veterinarian. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the puppy maintains a healthy and lean weight by providing a balanced and nutritious diet, such as a quality dog food that includes meat as the first ingredient, like balanced B.A.R.F diet, Walmart’s Maximum Nutrition Lamb and Rice, Iams,,Diamond Lamb and Rice or Iams Large Breed Puppy food. The Buyer should avoid grocery store brand feed, corn as the first ingredient, and soy in the food.

The Seller, upon delivery, guarantees that the Puppy will be in good health, clean, and free of any known physical defects. The Puppy will have completed its first immunizations and de-wormings, which will be documented in writing. While intestinal parasites are common in puppies during their early development, we will do our best to prevent them. However, the stress of transportation and change can cause coccidia to appear. Thus, the Buyer agrees to continue monitoring and treating the puppy for parasites as needed with the assistance of their veterinarian.

72 HOUR GUARANTEE
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees to take their newly received puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours for a complete examination, which includes testing and treatment for worms and obtaining a prescription for heart worm preventive medication. The Buyer is also responsible for scheduling and adhering to a recommended ongoing immunization schedule. If the veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with any health issues within 72 hours of the date of delivery, the Buyer must provide a written statement from the veterinarian describing the health problems.
If, within 72 hours of Buyer's receipt of the Puppy, a veterinarian documents a serious and untreatable infectious illness or genetic defect that is deemed sufficiently serious by two qualified veterinarians, at least one of whom is selected by the Seller, to require euthanization of the dog, then the Buyer will either receive a refund of the purchase price of the puppy or a replacement puppy from the Seller's next available litter. Please note that transportation costs are not refundable and are not included in this guarantee. It is important to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery and to provide all necessary immunizations, treatment, and de-wormings, or else this health guarantee will be void. All expenses related to treatment, exams, and tests are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

ONE YEAR GUARANTEE
If the puppy is diagnosed with any life-threatening hereditary or congenital birth defects within one year of the contract date, the Buyer must return the puppy and provide a written statement from the attending veterinarian. Upon availability, the Buyer will receive a replacement puppy of equivalent value to the purchase price listed above. This guarantee covers genetic defects for a period of one year, and to claim under this guarantee, the Buyer must provide a written report from a veterinarian confirming the existence of a genetic defect, along with relevant diagnostic testing such as x-rays. However, this guarantee will expire one year after the date of the contract.

RIGHT OF RECOVERY OR PLACEMENT
In the event that the Buyer is unable to provide proper care for the Puppy due to unforeseen circumstances such as death or loss, the Buyer agrees to contact the Seller first and give them the first opportunity to take back the Puppy. If the Buyer decides to sell the Puppy, the Seller shall have the right of first refusal. Under no circumstances shall the Puppy be surrendered to a shelter or rescue center as this provision is in place to prevent the Puppy from becoming homeless or being euthanized.

GENERAL
This Puppy Deposit and Sales Agreement/Health Guarantee is a complete and final agreement between the Buyer and Seller. All deposits are non-refundable, and no refunds will be given for any reason. The Agreement becomes effective upon completion and exchange of the fully executed copy via email between the Seller and Buyer. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the Seller's domicile, which is Henry County, Alabama. This contract will be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the state of Alabama, and no other agreements or promises, verbal or implied, will be included unless specifically stated in this Agreement. This contract binds both parties, subject to the terms and conditions herein. If the new owner needs to find a new home for the puppy, they must contact the breeder/seller for further assistance.
